The quality of the coaching conversation is often shaped by the quality of reflection you bring into it.
ODCP introduces a wide range of concepts, frameworks, and perspectives. Coaching provides an opportunity to pause, reflect, and make sense of these ideas in the context of your own work and leadership journey.
Every participant comes with unique experiences, challenges, and aspirations. Coaching helps bridge the gap between program learning and individual application.
A coaching conversation can help uncover assumptions, challenge existing patterns of thinking, and open up new possibilities for action and growth.
The session is an opportunity to translate learning into meaningful commitments, helping you identify practical next steps that can be applied in your professional context.
Each coaching conversation is typically 45–60 minutes long, providing adequate space for meaningful reflection, exploration, and action planning.
Participants may avail up to three coaching sessions during the program, subject to their coach's availability and mutual scheduling.

At OD Alternatives (ODA), we help leaders build purposeful and high-performing organizations by working with both the visible factors, such as performance, structure, and processes, and the invisible dynamics like culture, beliefs, and mindsets that influence performance and change.
As a boutique consulting firm, ODA has partnered with more than 300 organizations, supporting thousands of leaders and teams through transformative journeys. Our work spans leadership development, culture transformation, top-team alignment, systemic change interventions, and coaching. What sets us apart is our ability to blend deep experiential work with conceptual and systemic understanding, drawing from disciplines such as behavioral sciences, group dynamics, coaching psychology, and systems thinking.
ODA has been at the forefront of several key people-development movements in India. We introduced one of the country’s first coach training programs, launched pioneering Women in Leadership initiatives, and continue to influence the field through insightful white papers on critical OD topics.
