Each coaching conversation is designed to last 45 minutes, providing sufficient time for meaningful exploration and actionable insights while respecting your busy schedule.
Can I meet with multiple coaches?
You can just book a single session, so make sure you choose your coach after careful consideration.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand priorities shift. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment, allowing your coach to accommodate other leaders. Ensure you send an email of rescheduling to the coach.
Is my conversation confidential?
Absolutely. All coaching conversations are completely confidential. Your coach will not share any details of your discussion without your explicit permission.
